New chapter released: CSS properties list

Hi everybody,

Some good news for everyone!

We've finished to translate the CSS Properties List appendix. In this chapter you'll find an explanation for each CSS property which can be used by both Internet Explorer and Gecko-based browsers. This means you will not find any property specifically related to Firefox or Internet Explorer.

You might wonder what will be done next. We'll first start to correct the xHTML Tags List and then finish the other appendices. We're now coding a new translation script which will allow us to translate everything much faster
